Legends Specialty Vehicles has described the above mentioned vehicle to the best of our ability. However, with all pre-owned automobiles, the condition is subjective, so we recommend that the potential buyer have the vehicle professionally inspected, or fly out to personally inspect and test drive the vehicle before purchase. All vehicles are sold in "AS IS" condition. We strongly encourage you to either personally inspect the vehicle or have an independent inspection company perform an inspection. Please be advised that no oral statements concerning any vehicle constitute a representation or warranty of the condition of said vehicle. If your personal inspection is not possible, we will be glad to help facilitate an inspection by an independent inspection company. Our goal is to provide you with the best service and the most comfortable buying experience. We do not accept escrow, and all inspections must be done prior to delivery.

The advertised mileage represents the actual miles when the car was advertised. These vehicles are test driven and actual mileage may differ at time of sale.
Fees and Payments: A $500 non-refundable deposit by Electronic Bank Wire Transfer, Certified Bank Check / Cashier's Check, Money Order and/or Credit Card is required within 24 hours to hold the car for a maximum of 7 days. Upon purchase of vehicle, the deposit will be applied to the bill of sale and deducted from the bottom line. (NO CASH REFUNDS ON DEPOSITS). Tax, title and license fees will be charged to Pennsylvania residents. Out of state buyers are responsible for registering the vehicle and paying the sales taxes in their home state. All vehicles are available for inspection during normal business hours, and we can assist in locating an independent inspection service. All vehicles are for sale locally and we reserve the right to end the auction early if the vehicle is sold. Please feel free to give us a call if you have any questions regarding the purchase process - we're happy to answer any questions you might have! We only accept Certified Bank Checks / Cashier's Checks and Electronic Bank Wire Transfers as final payment. If customer chooses the payment plan, a 20% restocking fee applies (inquire within). Jurisdiction is in Indiana, Pennsylvania.
